ASC Power Solutions units are guaranteed to be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or defective materials for a period of twelve months on cars and light trucks, and six months on all other applications.

ASC, Inc honors the manufacturers warranty on all parts.

ASC, Inc offers a 30-day warranty on repaired units, expressly on the part(s) replaced or repaired, excluding labor.

All merchandise must be returned within thirty days of purchase and have a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) before being returned to avoid a 15% restocking fee. Customer is still responsible for freight charges on a returned item (if applicable). Special Order items are NOT eligible for return.

ASC, Inc. makes no warranty with respect to (i) any merchandise that is abused, misused, neglected, or altered, or that is improperly or incorrectly installed, maintained, or used, or that is subjected to abnormal conditions of use, temperature, dirt, or corrosive matter, and (ii) any merchandise that is supplied by someone other than ASC., Inc. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or otherwise arising by operation of law, trade, usage or course of dealing, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ASC, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage or expense caused by, or relating to the failure of their units.
